As the Analyst, Strategic Sales, you will work with strategic accounts across multiple lines of business to provide solutions for account growth. This includes but is not limited to opportunity coordination, onboarding of new accounts, and working closely with the SAM and Sales Ops teams.

What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Act as first point of contact for day to day assistance of the SSA team. Assist in troubleshooting individual team issues; escalate and address concerns where needed.
  • Support designated BD's and/or SAMs, this includes but is not limited to coordinating opportunities bids and proposals, providing account specific analytics, resolve issues across multiple lines of business.
  • Manage maintenance of team dashboard and work directly with team on needed updates.
  • Responsible for providing new and refresher training to the team while also helping to identify learning gaps and process efficiencies.
  • Assist with opportunity validations, support continuous learning initiatives and best practices across the SSA team.  Assist with implementing and enforcing team goals.
  • Responsible for database management and timely communication to team on updates.   Includes but not limited to the following: Loopio liaison, annual certificates, updated contacts, company forms, training & marketing materials, etc.
  • Lead customer onboarding process for all new business. Create and implement onboarding checklist to work alongside BU onboarding manager to ensure smooth transitions. 
  • Assist with other team related responsibilities as needed and share best practices across team. 

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 4 years of logistics, transportation, or relevant experience

It'd be great if you also have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field of study
  • 3-5 years related experience in the transportation or logistics industry
  • Strong Fluency user of Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Extremely proficient in Salesforce (superuser)
  • Experience with widely known and emerging tools, technologies and social applications.
