Retail Manager: Stock Supervisor (Psycho Bunny) San Francisco Center

We are looking for highly motivated individuals that can successfully navigate within a very fast paced retail brand. This individual must be comfortable working out of the box and bringing their years of retail experience to the forefront of the first retail store.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to processing shipment, replenishment of sales floor, stockroom maintenance, cleaning and general organization.
Oversee part-time stock team and provide relevant direction & feedback.
Constantly review stockroom storage and make suggestions to benefit sales.
Highlight and make suggestions regarding any key issues concerning stock loss to the store manager.
Keep customer needs and trends in mind when assessing stockroom layout.
Analyze bestseller information, product packaging, and space allocations.
Become familiar with inventory levels and understand how to use systems to check availability and perform inter-store transfers.
Support the sales floor team on replenishment, recover and selling.
Understand all stock loss and security procedures and ensure attention to these at all times.
Ensure execution and maintenance of all Visual Directives as well as guaranteeing the visual presentation of the Store always meets or exceeds Psycho Bunny's standards.
Execute all requirements concerning OSHA & Covid-19 to maintain a safe and compliant working atmosphere for all Store Team Members & customers.
We require a minimum of 3 years of stock management experience.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
