The NEW Cambria Calabasas is currently seeking a part time weekend Dishwasher/Steward to assist our developing food and beverage department. As part of the property team you will help us "craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns!" Responsibilities:
Provide service to guests as scheduled within outlets within accordance of service standards
Set-up, re-stock and maintain food prep areas
Monitor the cleanliness of all kitchen areas
Communicate daily with Chef/Department Manager regarding any challenges or opportunities regarding cleanliness.
Follow procedures for sanitation
Maintain Kitchen compliance in Guest Satisfaction Scores program.
Assists department in maintaining safety equipment and emergency procedures for the safety of all guests and employees.
Education and Experience Required:
Some kitchen experience preferred
Food Handler card required
