We are looking for Call Center Representatives that will be trained to accurately provide quotes and close the sale of our well-known Car Insurance brands to both our current and new customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives to get the customer the coverage they need.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of conversations in our agency management system in a comprehensible way
- Be teachable with on-the-job training and frequently attend educational meetings to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Skills
- Previous experience in an inside sales, telemarketing or other relevant customer support role
- Track record of over-achieving quotas
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening (bilingual in Spanish always a plus but not a requirement)
- Proficient with the computer and internet, familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school degree or higher
