What's in it for you:
* Temp to hire based on performance and business needs
* Full Time Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm AND 9am - 5:30pm
* Overtime AS NEEDED including but not limited to weekends and holidays
* Location - Pomona, CA
* Competitive wages starting at $17 per hour
What you'll be doing:
* Cleaning and maintenance of:
o exterior of the property including gates, entrances, garage doors, trash pick-up and removal, etc.
o interior courtyards and walk ways, including light fixtures, hallways, inside windows, vents, etc.
o trash and garbage enclosures
o laundry rooms and washer/dryer equipment
o front lobby, community rooms and leasing office
o individual apartment units, including turnarounds with respect to garbage disposals, toilets, locks, painting, re-caulking, carpet cleaning
* Work with outside vendors and contractors to fulfill work orders
Who we're looking for:
* Previous Janitor and/or Maintenance Worker experience REQUIRED with a minimum of 6 months+
* Able to lift between 25 - 40 lbs repetitively REQUIRED
* Great attitude and ability to work in a team
* Ability to execute multiple productive activities
* High school diploma or equivalent (such as a GED)
