We are seeking an individual who can serve as Vice President – Patient Experience (Client) for TRG and reporting to the Divisional Vice President of RCM (Client) for TRG. This individual will have the requisite background to provide strategic oversight for the Patient Experience function and lead front-end and patient payment RCM operations for our Client account.
As a leader with significant operational experience, you will play an integral part of the TRG leadership team and bring a unique perspective to overseeing the performance of Client under TRG. This will include, but not be limited to:
•Patient Access functions (e.g., Eligibility, Registration, Authorization)
•Patient Pay functions (e.g., early out, POS collections, payment plans)
This position will lead (directly and indirectly) a team of employees and vendors to achieve these goals and hire to fill additional roles as appropriate.

We are seeking an individual who can serve as Vice President – Patient Experience (Client) for TRG and reporting to the Divisional Vice President of RCM (Client) for TRG. - Lead management of day-to-day Patient Experience operations for Client under TRG
•Patient Access functions (e.g., Eligibility, Registration, Authorization)
•Patient Pay functions (e.g., early out, POS collections, payment plans)
- Provide oversight and executive leadership towards creating a best-in-class revenue cycle management company
- Lead identification and implementation of operational improvements for the Client line of business focused on efficiency gains through technology, automation, and other core cost-basis improvements
- Partner with leaders across the organization to develop and implement strategic plans associated with integration, improvement, and innovation of Patient Experience related functions
- Support transition of Client RCM front-end functions into current state client operations and develop playbook for large scale integrations to structure future integrations
- Develop an operations roadmap and working with R&D leaders to create new technology assets to enable operations and optimize Client operations
- Actively engage as a senior member of the operations team, serving as a thought leader for each business unit and a close strategic partner to the rest of the business
This position will lead (directly and indirectly) a team of employees and vendors to achieve these goals and hire to fill additional roles as appropriate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for strategic planning, improvement, and optimization of revenue cycle management front-end operations for Client under TRG
- Lead team of RCM Patient Experience operations directors/senior directors and provide strategic leadership vision for those operations
- Manage and improve the performance of Client RCM patient experience operations, including the implementation of new technologies or processes to achieve greater performance
- Create long-term operational roadmaps in conjunction with the leaders of individual businesses, and approve resource allocation to enable those objectives
- Develop appropriate performance objectives for related departments, and manage the appropriate teams to achieve those goals
- Ensure Client patient experience operations team meet client SLAs and lead operational improvements to achieve those targets
- Drive a consistent set of business processes that provide transparent and open reporting and collaboration
- Organize cross-group dialogue to foster best practice sharing and strategic alignment across teams
- Drive thought leadership and influence within TRG and relevant Client teams
- Assist with cross-team budgeting and investment planning to ensure TRG can meet its strategic and financial objectives
- Effectively build relationships with clients, executive management, and other stakeholders through problem identification and resolution
- Lead and foster a culture of internal innovation, and a "better together" approach to cross-team collaboration and integration
- Support and maintain a culture of "execution-oriented" programs that help advance the business
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree (required); MBA or Master's Degree in a healthcare-related field (preferred)
- 8-10 years of RCM operations expertise in all revenue cycle related areas; HB and PB operations
- 7+ years of experience working with multiple levels of leadership in the hospital or ambulatory / provider space
- Expert with healthcare / RCM concepts and practices as it relates to clinical operations and shared service functions
- Experience with P&L ownership, project management and performance management
- Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities and balance against competing priorities
- Experience in leveraging and interpreting data to understand implications on the business, and prioritize efforts
- Ability to travel up to 50%
