Family-owned Semifreddi's Bakery is in search of full-time employees with a strong work ethic to join our Bakery and Packing Teams.
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! We offer comprehensive & fully paid on the job training for all new employees!
Depending on your desired schedule and the availability of shifts/positions, typical start times are 7:30am, 12:00pm, 4:00pm, or 7:00pm.
Job Expectations and Responsibilities:
- Follow directions of supervisory staff.
- Complete checklists to ensure daily production is complete.
- After training, follow basic flow of production or packing schedule.
- Learn and ask questions!
Requirements and Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
- Available to work weekdays, weekends, and most holidays.
- 18 years or older.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Ability to stand on your feet for entire 8-hour shift.
- Basic English language skills are preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The starting wage is $16.00 per hour.
- $1,000 signing bonus after successful completion of 6 months of employment!
