Who are we looking for? We are seeking a Dye House Ombre Machine Operator. You will be responsible for operating machines to bleach, shrink, wash, dye or finish textiles. You will also weigh ingredients to be mixed together for use in textile processing, and doing the dip dye.

Requirements: (The must have's) for the Dye House Ombre machine operator
Must have high school diploma or GED
Experience with apparel manufacturing company preferred
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Must be dependable and reliable
Ability to work alone, with a team, or with minor supervision.
Must have minimum of 6 months experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Add dyes, water, detergents, or chemicals to tanks to dilute or strengthen solutions, according to established formulas and solution test results.
Notify supervisors or mechanics of equipment malfunctions.
Adjust equipment controls to maintain specified heat, tension, and speed.
Observe display screens, control panels, equipment, and cloth entering or exiting processes to determine if equipment is operating correctly.
Prepare dyeing machines for production runs, and conduct test runs of machines to ensure their proper operation.
Monitor factors such as temperatures and dye flow rates to ensure that they are within specified ranges.
The Location: Located right off the 10 freeway, Spirit Jersey is only 10 minutes away from the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. Our facility is gated & there is plenty of parking.
