Campaign Outreach and Research Coordinator
Full-Time (San Francisco)
A growing and thriving full-service marketing and business strategy agency is seeking a highly motivated Campaign Outreach and Research Coordinator to help with campaigns that transform the lives of people across the country.
We are looking for someone to be an integral part of the campaign and communications team to contribute to the creation of community outreach lists, making phone calls to community partners, brainstorming new campaign concepts, writing marketing materials, campaign planning, and more.
This position is located in San Francisco. We can only consider applicants with authorization to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis. Unfortunately, we cannot provide visa sponsorship.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience and/or displayed willingness to build detailed outreach lists and complete outreach phone calls to community groups, schools, and/or organizations
- Experience with data entry (Google Sheets/Google Workspace preferred)
- Willingness to think outside the box and think of new and/or more effective ways to conduct outreach to communities across the country

Responsibilities
You will lead community outreach and research efforts to help improve campaign effectiveness for clients across the country. This includes online research, database building, email marketing, and outreach phone calls to specific groups and individuals within each community. In addition to outreach, you will also be part of the team responsible for brainstorming new community-based campaigns for clients across the country, implementing current campaigns, writing content for websites, social media, and marketing materials. The role requires working with many of Nuvolum's talented team members, including graphic designers, public relations professionals, web designers, and our social media team.
