The HR/Payroll Clerk position listed below is available in our Rancho Cucamonga, CA office. About the Position: The HR/Payroll Clerk will be responsible for performing general HR and payroll functions under the guidance of an HR Manager.
The ideal candidate has excellent organizational /communication skills and the ability to work in a structured environment with a high degree of accuracy. The position requires the employee to display above-average problem-solving skills with the ability to hold confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
Primary Duties: The list of duties is intended to describe the general nature of the work being performed and is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for this position.
· Prepare and process new hire and employee paperwork.
· Perform new hire orientations.
· Provide support to employees as needed.
· Processing and tracking employee benefit requests.
· Collect and process time card information.
· Various other HR and payroll functions as required.
Experience:
· At least 2 years previous HR experience preferred but not required.
· Above-average computer skills, especially using Excel and Word.
