Summary:
The IT Manager is responsible for providing technology leadership and management of all information technology systems and services for the office including all wired and wireless infrastructure, end-user device support, computer and server hardware, and Voice over IP telephony systems. This position also includes management of IT aspects for all events and related duties as assigned. The person in this role is responsible for ensuring that the IT team follows best practices and meets all required regulatory and company compliance measures. In addition, this role will ensure policies and procedures and supporting documentation are created, maintained, and accurate. A high level of communication with team members and other departments is expected. The person in this role is expected to serve the team and remove roadblocks and hinderances that prohibit the successful completion of assigned goals/objectives and tasks. We are looking for the IT Manager to lead the delivery of creative and efficient technical solutions and the development of strategic plans for products and/or initiatives for our organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with external vendors and IT Service Providers to achieve technology goals and objectives
- Collaborate with Diamond Auto Group business leaders to understand technology needs of the organization and develop plans to achieve
- Develop and manage annual IT budget for the company
- Provide end-user support for all employees at the location
- Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, telephones, and software applications
- Provide management of Anti-Virus and Anti-Malware related systems/software alongside proper backup procedures to ensure integrity of all user data
- Provide support for all IT-related show/event services
- Oversee installation, configuration, and management of future upgrades and new IT systems
- Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Participate in staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars as assigned.
- Recommend new approaches, polices, and procedures, to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed.
- Efficiently perform duties as assigned and work as a team within division and company.
- Accurately identify issues or problems and provide a cost-effective solution.
- Ability to manage complete ecosystem of Office365
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: Five to Seven years' experience in computer operating with a 4-year degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- Intimate experience with Office365 a must
- Tools and Technology: Use of computers, Microsoft office suite, Windows Servers.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
